Acupuncture is the core of my practice. Your treatment will be designed specifically to your body’s needs. That includes needles that redirect blood flow and oxygen to support your needed nervous systems, organs, hormones, chemicals and fluids. You will feel many sensations of lightness, movement, heaviness and ease, as your body moves blood, detoxes and nourishes your core to bring you to a state of equilibrium. I will also incorporate dry needling (IMS) to release muscles with additional tension. You will meditate with your specific needles for 20-25 minutes in a warm and comforting private space. Cupping, fire cupping, electrotherapy and elements of stretch therapy massage will be used if assessed that your body or mental health is in need of it. I will also gently incorporate tuning forks and singing bowls as time permits.

All other services incorporate this core acupuncture practice, with additional services; Chinese herbs, ayurvedic oils and specialized techniques.  If you prefer not to be left alone with needles and enjoy additional care, I encourage you to look at one of many other alternative treatments that allow one-on-one attention to best suite your needs. You are welcome to create your own acupuncture session and combine my modalities to make your experience unique and special to you. During your appointment, we will have a consult of what you want; Chinese massage, reiki, facial acupuncture, scalp massage, fire cupping, IMS / dry needling, lymphatic drainage, stretch therapy, gua sha, tuning forks, singing bowls and aromatherapy. 

In a regular acupuncture session, I will leave you to meditate for 20-25 minutes with your needles: with one-on-one sessions, I will be with you throughout your entire treatment, doing the modalities that you choose. You are welcome to chat or have a treatment of silence. I believe it's important, as a practitioner, that I create space for you to choose.

'Tui Na' is a Chinese massage technique that helps greatly with pain relief, reducing stress, improving the immune system, muscle function, energy flow and is very useful for sleep disorders, digestive issues, osteoarthritis and foot injuries. We will focus on your area of concern predominately.

The difference between Tui Na and a regular massage is we focus more on Eastern theory of helping the body to eliminate stagnated fluid and flushing the organs and brain with fresh oxygen and blood. This technique detoxes the body of the bad and replaces it with the good.

Tui Na & acupuncture sessions are one-on-one. You are welcome to choose this treatment style if you have a direct concern or if you enjoy extra massage mixed with your regular acupuncture sessions.

Tui Na is one of my favorite techniques because I combine acupuncture points into the massage creating a very relaxing and nourishing energy for your body to heal further.

After placing the acupuncture needles, healing reiki energy will be used to deeply nourish your mind, energy, organs and soul for the remainder of the treatment.

Reiki infused sessions help to activate and intensify the healing process.

Reiki is a high vibrational energy force that is transmitted from the universe, through the practitioner, into the recipient, to help their body best heal and be emotionally and hormonally in alignment.

How does this happen? The physical vibration in a person’s body heats up or slows down based on how the practitioner shifts energy. In doing so, reiki moves the body out of “fight or flight” and into “rest and digest” mode. After your session, your body continues to heal on its own for several days.

One of my personal favorite treatments. We use facial sculpting techniques, acupuncture and facial serums to lift the cheekbones, define the jawline and tackle wrinkles. You will also receive additional acupuncture along the rest of your body to balance and heal your internal health. Whether that be organ health, hormones, emotional or fluid drainage; healthy, strong organs and stress relief play a huge roll in collagen production, firmness, longevity and anti-aging.

Lymphatic drainage is a great way to cleanse fluid and toxins from your body. This treatment would be of interest to you if you notice your body holding onto excess fluid; your rings and clothes feel tighter, your digestion doesn't feel as smooth, feelings of pain or heaviness,  you struggle with a weak immune system year round. 

I work on lymphatic drainage with clients who have issues as a result of surgery, trauma, cancer, autoimmune disorders, progressive lack of energy/fogginess and a weekend of too much fun. Everyone is welcome to book this session.

The result post treatment is a body that feels lighter, more trim (losing water weight), more clear headed, less bloating, clear sinus, improved immunity and less pain. 

This treatment is one-on-one. We will be doing a mix of lymphatic drainage and acupuncture needles coincide. I will be using warm ayurvedic herbal oils that are safe for pregnancy, massaged into your pregnant belly, scalp, legs, feet and neck. 90 minute and 2 hour sessions allow more time for massage and to also use oils on your back and posterior calf muscles combined with gentle lower-back and calf muscle lymph drainage. Very healing and nourishing for mom to-be. I love treating my pregnant ladies and offering you support. I also have a pregnancy table, so you will be able to lie face-down comfortably! Visceral massage consists of gentle, specifically placed manual forces on the abdomen that encourage the normal mobility, tone, and inherent tissue motion of the viscera, their connective tissue, and other areas of the body where physiologic motion has been impaired. Visceral massage is well known to help relieve symptoms of deep emotional trauma, chronic stress levels, pelvic pain, gastrointestinal symptoms and target stagnant visceral fat cells. Following the visceral massage, I will place acupuncture needles along your body to ignite blood flow to your brain and gut to continue the healing process, while also allowing you to relax into a blissful, calm state. This treatment combines warm Chinese herbal oils to help hair growth and scalp dryness. We will use stimulating acupuncture techniques to increase blood flow to the head to repair follicle damage, nourish dryness and increase collagen to the face. 90 minute treatment allows more time for your body to rest with the acupuncture needles and more time to address other needs in your body such as hormone re-balancing, gut issues, sleep, stress levels and emotional re-balancing for mental health. Two hour treatment allows time for your back to be treated as well.

Your hair will be messy and have oil in it, please be prepared to have a pony-tail hair day at work or home when you book this appointment. A gentle shower is recommended in the evening using your normal shampoo and conditioner to keep the scalp clean before bed.
